No 2 – Easy diet
This week’s newsletter is a simple one – and it’s got a goodie for you!
I’m continuing on the theme of the “diet” part of my essentials of healthy living. Today, I’m giving you an “ideal menu”. I’m calling it the “easy” level.
Don’t get me wrong! I don’t think it is “easy” to stick to the highest standards of healthy living.
When you find yourself in that wonderful state where you are mentally prepared to clean up your diet for a while, it’s helpful to break down the approaches you can take. For example, we might break them down into “easy”, “intermediate”, and “detox”.
For this week, we’re doing easy. All you need to do is to decide now which of the days over the next week you think you can manage to follow my “easy” healthy living diet structure and provision in advance (preparedness = success!)
