This program is your opportunity to “clean up” the unavoidable toxins that accumulate over time. There’s so much we can’t control: the pollution in the air, the pesticides and added chemicals in your water and food (yes, even the health-conscious can’t control all the food you eat!)
We may not be able to control our exposure to these toxins, but we can admit to ourselves that we are exposed. And, we can take measures to clear them out. I like to think of regular detoxing as a maintenance program!
Major progress on the path to your optimal health & vitality is possible when you take action to bring yourself into balance. This starts with removing toxins.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
You will set aside up to 14 days for your detox.
Using the 7 modules, you will build your customised detox program. Some modules are mandatory and quite easy. Some are more challenging and adaptable.
3 days for adaptation. Then, you move into up to 11 days of eating foods that will promote detoxification, fill you with nutrients, and support your filters. You’ll be eating plant food, eggs and seafood.
Midway through, you will chose 1-5 days of deep-dive detox. This is a 100% plant food period, made up of juices and/or smoothies and soups. The level is entirely up to you. This is a special time where you give yourself the gift of true self-care.
You’ll have sunset-sunrise meal structures and a thorough food table that will take all the mystery and decision-making away.
You will also have daily practices to bring your mind and emotions into balance through gratitude and breathing exercises. Of course, your Ramadan prayers will take care of the spiritual side, and you can add meditation if you wish.
You will eat good food, sleep really well, and once you get over any detox symptoms, will start to feel that euphoria and bursting energy that is so unique to a complete detox.
